The clients wanted a totally different look to their new bathroom and liked the idea of keeping the middle of the room free. We decided to move all of the furniture from the window wall to the adjacent wall.
A new L bath was fitted which would allow for a luxurious bathing exerience without sacrificing shower space. A Grohe Cosmopolitan 3000 thermostatic valve was fitted to control the bath and shower outlets. The bath was filled via a Geberit overflow filler and an overhead rain shower was fitted together with a separate hand shower riser system.
The wall tiles used in this design were Jersey Nieve and Jersey Mix from Porcelanosa. The floor tiles were porcelain tiles supplied by Porcelanosa.
To complete the luxury feel, electric underfloor heating was installed together with a designer dual fuel radiator over the bath. LED downlights were fitted along with an inline extractor system which would keep the room clear of steam.
White gloss fitted furniture was installed along with a premium square edge laminate worktop. To give the bathroom an increased designer feel the wall ends of the furniture were framed using the worktop.
